Credible, a comparison site that lets consumers compare personalized loan offers from multiple lenders, announced on social media last week that they have launched a “modern mortgage marketplace”. The new marketplace provides consumers with an end-to-end experience, allowing them to complete the entire origination process from rate comparison up to closing all on the Credible platform. Highlights of Credible’s mortgage marketplace include:
- Compare actual prequalified rates, not estimates
- Compare rates from multiple lenders in 3 minutes
- Streamlined application process
- Automated document upload process
At the time this alert was written, Credible listed the following lenders on its mortgage refinance site: Caliber Home Loans, JMAC Lending, LoanDepot, Quicken Loans, Sterns, and United Wholesale Mortgage.
The mortgage industry is a new focus for Credible. Credible also offers consumers the ability to compare rates for student loans, personal loans, and credit cards.
