A little over a year ago, Pinnacol Assurance created a mobile-centric platform called Cake Insure. This was a streamlined way in which Colorado companies could apply for workers’ compensation insurance.
The application process is simple. Only requiring basic information about the business, payroll, and workers’ compensation history. Then the app provides a quote on the spot, a way to pay for it, and the ability to enable AutoPay moving forward.
