Liberty Mutual recently launched Total Home Score, a new tool that helps homebuyers and renters better understand surrounding noise and road quality in order to make a more informed home buying/renting decision.
In addition, Liberty Mutual is also piloting Dwellbeing, a resource that assists homeowners in proactively maintaining their home with personalized task-oriented notifications. The tool alerts homeowners when household appliances and/or systems need maintenance/service. It is currently being tested on a limited basis and is expected to be rolled out more broadly in 2018.
