In December, 2017 Competiscan engaged its independent small business/commercial P&C agent panelists to participate in a research study, in collaboration with Aite Group Research, a global financial services advisory firm. The purpose of the joint research was to better understand what agents value most in a carrier relationship and how carriers are performing related to those value drivers. The survey included gauging agent perceptions on the existing small business carrier landscape related to three separate products: BOP, Professional Liability and Cyber.
The report provides a comprehensive and unique view into the minds of over 80 small business/small commercial agent panelists and will be followed up with similar detailed reports highlighting Professional Liability and Cyber – related findings.
